The brief
Bahia Property launched as a private property management company in Marrakech, speaking to two audiences with opposite needs. Owners of villas, riads and apartments want reassurance: someone who will protect the asset, run it profitably and report clearly. Travellers want desire: a stay that feels as considered as the property itself.
The brief was to build one website that serves both without diluting either — ranking for the most contested term in the category, conciergerie à Marrakech, and turning owner interest into qualified audit requests rather than casual contact forms.
Approach
The name came from the Bahia Palace, so the whole site was built around that idea: Moroccan heritage as a standard of care, not as decoration.
Two journeys, one house
An architecture split from the first screen — “Vous êtes propriétaire” and “Vous venez à Marrakech”. Each path has its own menu, landing pages and closing call to action, so owners never wade through holiday copy and guests never land on pricing grids.
A visual system from the palace
Zellige green, brass gold and warm sand on ivory. An elegant serif for the voice, a quiet sans for the detail. Arches, carved doors and lantern light as the recurring motif — luxury signalled through restraint, not superlatives.
Search-led architecture
Every page was mapped to a French search intent before it was designed, with keyword-led URLs such as /gestion-locative-marrakech/ and /location-de-villa-de-luxe-a-marrakech/, and titles and meta descriptions set in Rank Math.
An audit, not a contact form
The owner journey ends in a free, confidential revenue audit: positioning analysis, a rental simulation under three scenarios, and tailored recommendations. Travellers get a pre-qualified contact path and a direct WhatsApp line.
