Cipher Studio was winning enterprise security audits on referral alone — but their website was a single-page Bootstrap template that actively cost them deals. Procurement teams were ranking them lower than competitors with weaker technical credentials, simply because the digital footprint did not match the work.
They needed a brand and a website that signalled the same authority their pentest reports already did: precise, technical, quietly confident, and impossible to mistake for a generic IT shop.
We treated the brand as if it were a security product: every element had to be intentional, every word had to mean something, no decorative noise.

Defined the verbal and visual identity around the cryptographic metaphor — acid green on charcoal, monospace accents, geometric precision.

Restructured the site around three audiences: prospects evaluating capability, CISOs validating credentials, and recruiters. Each got a dedicated path.
