North Concierge

North Concierge was operating at the top end of the Moroccan hospitality market with one of the strongest little-black-books in the country — but their visual identity belonged to a travel agency from 2014. Their best clients arrived through whispered referrals, not the website, and the brand was actively undercutting the price point.

The brief was simple in words and exacting in execution: build a brand that quiet wealth recognises instantly, and a website that feels like the lobby of a private members club rather than a booking engine.

Luxury is restraint. We removed more than we added, and we let the typography carry the personality.

  1. 01

    Naming and verbal identity

Refined the verbal positioning around discretion, the inversion of the typical "luxury" lexicon. No superlatives. No emojis. Sentences end early.

  2. 02

    Visual system

Champagne gold and navy on ivory. A custom monogram. One serif. Editorial photography commissioned, not licensed.

  3. 03

    Bespoke WordPress build

Private inventory with discretionary visibility — some properties only appear when accessed via a referral link. No public pricing.

  4. 04

    Concierge enquiry flow

A four-step enquiry form that feels like correspondence, not a CRM intake. Encrypted in transit, hand-reviewed before any system sees it.

“The brand finally matches the service. Our existing clients say it feels like us — that is the highest compliment they give.”
