Atlas Field had a database of 1,400 properties across the High Atlas, Ourika, and Asni regions — but no way for buyers to browse them geographically. The existing listings sat in a tabular WordPress install that ignored the one thing that actually mattered to international buyers: where, exactly, is this property?
They needed a custom-built mapping interface that respected slow rural connections, indexed cleanly for SEO, and let buyers filter by altitude, distance from Marrakech, and view orientation.
Maps are usually treated as decoration. For Atlas Field, the map IS the product — so we engineered everything around it.

Custom property schema
Designed a data model with 38 attributes per property, including geo-coordinates, elevation, water rights, and access road type.

Lightweight mapping engine
Built on MapLibre GL with custom tile caching. Loads in under 800ms on a 3G connection — critical for international buyers browsing from anywhere.

Server-rendered SEO
Every property gets its own indexable URL with Schema.org RealEstateListing markup. Google sees the listings as products, not JavaScript fog.

Multilingual content engine
French, English, and Arabic listings with hreflang, automatic currency conversion, and locale-aware unit display.
